On June 15-16, 2022, Prof. da Conceição-Heldt participated in the XI. International Congress “Young Social Science and Economics Congress” of the Hanns Martin Schleyer Foundation. Under the conference motto “Europe on the move? – Stimulating New Ideas to Promote Liberty and Prosperity in a Changing World Order”, she moderated the working group “Resetting Europe’s Institutions: Overcoming Deadlock through Formal and Informal Mechanisms” and participated in the panel discussion “Europe on the Move – International Dependencies”. There, she discussed with former EU Commissioner and Italian Prime Minister (ret.) Prof. Mario Monti and the President of the ifo Institute, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Clemens Fuest.
