Once a year, the President of the European Commission explains to the Members of the European Parliament in the Strasbourg plenum how Europe intends to master the current tasks. This year, the focus was on the dramatic changes for Europe in the face of the Ukraine war, the energy crisis and inflation. The speech was followed by a roundtable discussion at Café Luitpold in Munich, where Prof. da Conceição-Heldt participated as an EU expert.
